  5 stars. God has answered all the prayers I've directed at him from this particular church.
  
  We seem to have a clear connection from this location. As if Heaven's cell reception, so spotty at times, locks into my own karmic frequency here. The spire of Beaches United the radio antenna chosen by God himself as one of the Elect. Just as telecommunications company executives might set up radio towers in locations that favour they themselves.
  
  Another theory: I'm a Scorpio, ruled under the Water sign. Wineva Street, the one way street (going south) this church is on, makes a perfect axis between the school of my early childhood, Williamson Road, and Lake Ontario. Along the way Wineva is bisected by Queen Street which itself bisects the entire city. A cross, if you will. I can't help but think this progression south towards the water is somehow symbolic of the life I must lead. From innocent youth one way towards the Waters of the lake and the Grace they promise a Scorpio. However, the progression southwards, down the vertical of the cross, worries me. The cross is erected and strives upwards, towards his Grace and here I am heading the wrong way! Or maybe Lake Ontario, seated at the southern end of this my own cross, is my Galilee. And my soul shall sail those waters in peace.
  
  Anyways, stellar church. The 2013 renovations have turned this into one of the more attractive churches in the East End. Highly recommended, 5/5.
